1.- Controller of the Processing
The personal data you provide through the registration form will be processed by SOCIEDAD ESPAÑOLA DE RADIODIFUSIÓN, S.L. with its registered office at 6 Casp St, 08010 Barcelona, VAT number: B28016970, entity registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Volume 6592, Folio 5592, Section 3, Sheet 5222-1, Inscription 145 (hereinafter, Radio Barcelona) as controller of the processing.
2.- Purposes of the processing
2.1.- Registration on the platform
If you register on the platform, your identification data, contact information and password will be processed by Radio Barcelona to manage your registration as an user. Additionally, you can complete your registered user profile with professional data (position, company, etc.).
The lawful basis that legitimizes this processing is the need for the management, control and execution of the contractual relationship.
For this purpose, your data will be kept indefinitely, until you cancel your user account. Subsequently, your data will be blocked for 3 years to address possible responsibilities arising from the processing.
2.2.- Registration for the Congress
If you register for a Congress, your identification, contact and payment data will be processed by Radio Barcelona to manage your registration, access and participation in the Congress. In the event that you provide personal data of third parties, you guarantee that you have informed the third party about the provisions of this Privacy Policy and that you have their consent for the communication of that data, leaving Radio Barcelona harmless from any liability. arising from any infringement in this regard.

For this purpose, your data will be kept until the end of the Congress. Subsequently, your data will be blocked for 3 years to address possible responsibilities arising from the processing.
In the course of the Congress, photographs and video recordings may be taken in which your image could be captured incidentally, and which may be published in all media available to Radio Barcelona, whether printed or digital, with the aim of promoting the Congress. The lawful basis that legitimizes this processing is the legitimate interest of Radio Barcelona in the media coverage of the Congress, in which the image of the attendees may be captured in an incidental way. The images will be kept indefinitely over time, unless attendees request its erasure.
Radio Barcelona will not process your payment means data but will only share a token with the platforms that process them to manage the registration payment, instead of the account data or card number of which you are the owner. This is a very secure way for the data flows generated in a transaction to be protected, since none of the owner's information can be stolen and subsequently used for fraud.
2.3.- Specific purposes for certain Congresses:
In addition to the purposes indicated above, your data may be additionally processed for:
- Access control to the Congress platforms: In the case of congresses with limited access to registered users, your identification data will be used to control access to the congress platform. In those conferences in which the platform is located outside the European Union, Radio Barcelona will specifically inform you of this issue and of the data protection guarantees that, where appropriate, the platform provides.
- Transfers of data to co-organizers of the Congress: Your data will be transferred to the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB), as co-organizer of the Radio Barcelona Congress, for its management. The lawful basis that legitimizes this transfer is the need to comply with the contractual relationship derived from registration to the Congress.
3.- Data Protection Rights under GDPR:
In any case, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, by writing to Radio Barcelona at C/ Casp 6, 08010 Barcelona, proving your identity, identifying yourself as registered in the Congress and providing the data with whom you registered.
If you consider your right to data protection has been infringed, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) or with the Data Protection Officer of the Prisa Group (dpo@prisa.com).
